Until the appliance is inspected
Allow the oven to cool and stop using the affected function. Note the mode and cavity involved. Do not run a high-heat cleaning cycle as a repair attempt, remove a wall oven or open electrical panels.

A useful detail for this request
For a fan noise, mention whether it occurs during cooking or after the cycle. Do not open panels to locate the source.
Changes you may notice
- The oven stops before reaching its set temperature.
- One cavity in a double oven heats differently.
- Baking is inconsistent across racks.
- The door does not seat evenly.
- A fan or control behaves differently from normal.
What inspection needs to establish
Testing is adapted to the appliance and reported behavior. The items below guide the inspection; they are not a promise that a particular component needs replacement.
- Heating performance in the affected cavity and mode
- Sensor behavior and control response
- Door sealing and hinge condition
- Fans and accessible electrical components appropriate to the oven
Prepare the details that matter
A door problem can affect performance as well as usability. Avoid forcing hinges or attempting adjustments while the oven is hot.
A double oven can have a fault in only one cavity. Note upper or lower, the selected mode and whether the other cavity works normally.
A brand, appliance type and concise symptom description are enough to begin. Installation restrictions can be discussed without moving or dismantling the appliance.
From request to an agreed repair
The service process has a clear decision point: diagnosis first, approval second. Ask about the scope, parts and price before authorizing work.
The diagnostic/service call is $95 and is credited toward an approved repair. An itemized repair price is agreed after diagnosis and before work. Genuine OEM parts are used. Same-day and emergency appointments depend on schedule and location.
Parts, warranty and scope
1-Year Parts & Labor Warranty covers parts installed and labor performed under normal use. It excludes new unrelated faults, misuse, power surges and work performed by others after the service visit.
Genuine OEM parts are used. This is independent service, with no claim of manufacturer endorsement.
Helpful answers
Before you arrange service
Should I try a cleaning cycle first?
A high-heat cleaning cycle is not a diagnostic repair. Keep the appliance off if it is behaving abnormally and discuss the symptoms with the technician.
Can only the upper oven be affected?
Yes. Each cavity can show different symptoms. Include upper or lower and the cooking mode in your description.
Will a display temperature identify the faulty part?
No. Displayed settings and actual heating behavior need to be evaluated together. A sensor, control or heating issue can require different work.
